General Shipping Information
GEORGE ships by UPS Ground, which takes approximately 5-9 business days to arrive, depending on where you live. We ship from our warehouse in San Francisco.
Shipments to 48 States by UPS ground:
up to $15.00..........$6
$15.01 to $25........$7
$25.01 to $45........$8
$45.01 to $65........$11
$65.01 to $90........$14
over $90.01...........$17
UPS next business day: $20. (in addition to UPS ground rate)
UPS 2nd business day: $15. (in addition to UPS ground rate)
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii:
We calculate the additional delivery charges for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii on an individual basis to ensure accuracy. Proceed through the checkout process. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be contacted by a Customer Service representative by telephone, who will notify you of the additional delivery charge amount and confirm your total before shipping your order. You will be contacted at the telephone number you have provided under Billing Phone on the Bill To screen.
IMPORTANT: The following will incur HIGHER FREIGHT CHARGES:
* All orders containing dog beds to be shipped second- and next-day air
* All orders containing multiples of dog beds. ( Two or more of any size)
* All orders containing dog beds shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
When we receive your order, you will be contacted with the shipping amount.
California Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for any shipment with a billing address in California.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes in the USA for the same rates as UPS Ground, but this may take a while longer to deliver to you (we have to make time for a special trip to the Post Office!).
